Ecronova Polymer有着30多年高品质水基聚合物乳液的生产经验，公司前身是1977年在德国成立的Freihoff Chemie GmbH，1989年成为西班牙上市公司—— Ercros S.A., Barcelona化工集团公司的一员，以Ercros Deutschland GmbH的公司名称独立开展聚合物乳液业务。

2010年底，Peter Montag先生和Anton Solich先生及投资公司 Aheim Capatal GmbH通过股权并购重组Ercros Deutschland GmbH公司，并将公司重新命名为Ecronova Polymer GmbH。秉承一贯的专业品质和环保、创新理念，Ecronova Polymer自2011年1月1日开始新的航程。

Today the name Ecronova Polymer stands for more than 30 years of experience in the production of high quality water-based polymer emulsions. Founded in 1977 as Freihoff Chemie GmbH,in 1989 the company became part of the Spanish chemical group Ercros S.A.,Barcelona, which is listed on the Spanish stock exchange. Under the denomination Ercros Deutschland GmbH the company was responsible for the emulsions business as an independent unit in the corporate group. Within a Management Buyout towards the end of 2010,Peter Montag and Anton Solich acquired, supported by the investment company Aheim Capital GmbH, all business shares and activities of Ercros Deutschland GmbH, which was then renamed in Ecronova Polymer GmbH. So best quality and long experience with water-based emulsions has a new name, since January 1st,2011:Ecronova.

Ecronova 公司通过了DIN EN ISO 9001质量体系和DIN EN ISO 14001全球环境管理体系的双重认证，并通过健康和安全体系OHSAS 18001认证。

Ecronova polymer GmbH is not only certified according to the quality management system DIN EN ISO 9001 but also according to the worldwide recognized environmental management system DIN EN ISO 14001.The existing system for health and safety in the workplace is certified according to the OHSAS 18001.
